Spring Senior Portraits in Colorado

There is something special about a Spring senior portrait session.

Maybe it’s the white tree blossoms, falling through the air like snow.

Maybe it’s the brightly colored tulips that almost don’t look real.

Maybe it’s the unpredictability of the Colorado weather that makes finding the perfect time something to really celebrate.

Maybe it’s driving around to find the perfect pink trees.

Maybe it’s seeing the stunning images and realizing you can’t create anything quite like this any other time of the year.

I think it’s a combination of all of these things.

And when Alayna wanted to get her senior portraits taken in the spring, I was all-in!

We spent one afternoon on Pearl Street in Boulder capturing senior portraits with the tulips that were a central part of her vision.

We also came across some beautiful white blossom trees that were gently falling like snow.

We didn't find pink trees that day, so after waiting a week for some snow to move through, we went out a second time to an amazing spot I found with cascading pink blossoms. I'm in love with the images:)

What an amazing Colorado senior portrait experience! Spring might just be my new favorite:)
